I was impressed with the tips and motivations because they opened my eyes to why all of my past weight loss attempts ended in failure, as if they knew me!
I have been losing 3 pounds every week on this program for the past 8 weeks, and am down 24 lbs so far. I didn’t have to buy anything special, except for my chocolate nutrition bars which are allowed 2 times a day.
Most of the food in my home already fit the program.
Although the program requires you to weigh and measure your food and be exact, I don’t mind because the total amount of food you eat every day is a lot! And it pays off on the scale big time!
